Design Thinking
Thickton needed a structure that mirrors how Kenyan pharmacies are actually allowed to operate — a public cart for OTC products, and a private WhatsApp-based flow for prescriptions, since PPB advertising rules restrict public promotion of prescription medicine. The Batch No./Expiry tag system turns a real regulatory requirement into the site’s core trust signal, the same way Grade/Stock No. did for Kantizzle.
