Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Hamid Focus (“we,” “us,” “our”), a digital growth systems firm based in Thika, Kenya. By engaging Hamid Focus for any service — including but not limited to Law Firm Growth, Businesses, Companies & Production (BCP) Growth, or any advertising add-on service — you (“client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Services

Hamid Focus provides structured digital growth systems for two client categories: Kenyan law firms (Law Firm Growth) and Kenyan product-based businesses (Businesses, Companies & Production Growth). Full descriptions of package contents, pricing, and delivery timelines are set out on our Pricing & Process page, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

Optional advertising management services (Google Ads, social media advertising) are available separately, as described on the Pricing & Process page, and are billed independently of any advertising budget spend.

3. Client Responsibilities

To deliver services on the estimated timeline, we rely on you to:

• Provide accurate, complete information via our Brand Questionnaire and any follow-up requests;
• Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or content within a reasonable time;
• Confirm you hold the necessary rights to any logos, images, testimonials, or text you supply to us for use in your website or marketing materials;
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials issued to you during the project.

4. Payment Terms

Optional advertising management fees are billed monthly and are separate from any advertising budget paid directly to Google, Meta, or other platforms.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the completed website, domain registration, professional email accounts, and associated Google accounts (including Google Merchant Center, where applicable) transfers to you, along with full administrative access.

Prior to final payment, all work product remains the property of Hamid Focus. Brand strategy documents, design files, and code developed during the engagement may be reused by Hamid Focus in anonymised form for portfolio or case study purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Service Timelines

Estimated completion times (15 days for Law Firm Growth, 25 days for BCP Growth) are good-faith estimates based on timely client cooperation. Delays caused by late feedback, incomplete information, or scope changes requested by the client may extend these timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hamid Focus builds the digital infrastructure — websites, search visibility, and marketing systems — described in each package. While we build every system to a professional standard, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not limited to search rankings, lead volume, or revenue, as these depend on factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Hamid Focus’s liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period after written notice. Fees paid for work already completed are non-refundable upon termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
